Hi, I’m Ashley — of ABSpiked Infusions.

I’m a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) with 16+ years of experience in orthopedics and wellness, and I’m passionate about helping people feel confident, healthy, and strong in their own skin.

At ABSpiked, my focus is simple: helping you reach your goals through personalized weight loss support, medications, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Whether you're just starting your journey or looking for that extra push, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Outside of work, I’m a busy mom of three (ages 4, 6… and 42😄), and we spend most of our time outdoors—at the lake, on the farm, or with our animals. Life is full, a little chaotic, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
